All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. You can find more details about shipping costs and free shipping thresholds further down this page. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Please note that a remote area surcharge applies to certain locations in some countries. This fee will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the surcharge will still apply for remote areas.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We aim to process all orders placed before 18:00 on the same day. However, during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
